Ngern Tid Lor Public Compnay Limited, or TIDLOR, led by Piyasak Ukritnukun (centre), Managing Director, welcomed 33 executive of 11 Vietnam’s leading enterprises to participate in “TIDLOR Culture Wow” workshop. The workshop saw Ngern Tidlor share its organisational culture building values and framework to create solid business foundations.
The visitors joined an office tour with particular attention paid to the tech-led departments of “Digital Transformation” and “Areegator”. They also participated in a Q&A session on how to build organisational culture as Ngern Tidlor executives and Culture Gangster team provided guidelines to create value for organisational building essential for business development.
Hosted at the Ari Hills Building, Ngern Tidlor Headquarters, the event contributed knowledge and experience of organisational culture building to other enterprises while promoting cultural building among domestic and international organisations.
