Our typical clients are self-employed microentrepreneurs who have poor, thin, or no credit history - but need to borrow money for productive uses. They often experience difficulty obtaining credit from banks and other established financial institutions. As the leading auto-for-cash loan provider, we pride ourselves on a personable approach to providing reliable cash loans. With over 1,700 branches nationwide, we are highly accessible to all. In each of our branches, our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always eager to help. The company is also offer insurance brokerage services through a cutting-edge InsurTech platform across omnichannel under the "Shield Insurance" brand. This enables customers to access and purchase insurance policies for car, personal accident, life, and health insurance from leading companies conveniently. As a leader in the insurance brokerage industry in Thailand, we have developed a unique technology and a diverse array of marketing channels both online and offline, as well as a branch network, digital platforms, television commercials, and marketing partnerships, allowing us to achieve sustainable business growth for over a decade. In March 2020, we launched “Areegator”, an online insurance marketplace platform that allows retail brokers to benefit from our InsurTech solutions and broaden access to a diverse range of products, thus empowering them to grow steadily in the industry.

The company is also a non-life insurance broker with the biggest branch network in Thailand. Through an extensive branch network, Ngern Tid Lor offers a wide range of products from personal accident to motor vehicle insurance, all at highly competitive prices. We analyze and carefully select our products from Thailand’s top insurance companies to ensure the best possible value for our customers.

Our shareholders are a source of strength for us. As an affiliate of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (Krungsri), which is a strategic member of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), one of the world’s largest financial groups, Ngern Tid Lor offers the security, stability and the high standards you would expect from such renowned institutions.

Our platform was further strengthened in 2019 with the addition of CVC Capital Partners, a global private equity firm, and 9 Basil domestic private equity firm, to our shareholding. These international and domestic institutional investors , together with Krungsri, bring a combination of global expertise and local strength, which benefit us in new technologies, operational best practices and business development opportunities to help Ngern Tid Lor innovate and grow to better serve Thailand’s long-tail segment.

In 2021, we became a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Our IPO was the largest IPO in the Finance and Securities Sector and one of the top five largest equity IPOs in Thailand. This opportunity allows us to further expand our reach and solidify our position as a leading financial services provider in Thailand.

Building on our insurance brokerage business, we have created a new brand called “heygoody”. Launched in September 2023, heygoody is an online telesales-free insurance brokerage platform designed for customers who value privacy and dislike interruptions. The platform integrates cutting-edge technology to enhance customer convenience and create a new online insurance purchase experience that meets every lifestyle.
